When creating a new request you can pick the asset. Currently the only options are to pick from a list of assets that are assigned to the requester or from all the assets. 

It would be beneficial to identify those assets that are assigned to the department that matches the requester's department as well. This makes it easier to identify departmental assets, without having to go over the complete list of assets.
