We would like to propose an idea here. We would like to offer the possibility to use our SCP instance to new customers like a "try out". So they will be able to open SR's with us and try out the service we provide.That means creating contacts what need to expire in 1 month or a defined date.

Actually, contact creation doesn't allow to define an auto-expiration date for a particular contact.

This would be very handy to have, otherwise we need to disable the contacts manually once the support service try out expires.
