Ability to attached image into an Announcement.
It would be great if we were able to attached/past and image into the Announcements in Service Desk Plus.
This would allow users to not only see the text of the announcement but also provide the visual of the issue which they might see. This could greatly help in mitigating tickets being put in for issues which announcements are posted for. It would provide a clear view of what they would see.
