Unless I am missing something, with Microsoft Teams Integration Enabled, the user isn't able to search for solutions.  The chat bot only allows search of requests.  The Solutions tab only allows search by ID, Last Updated By, Comments, Title, and Topic Name.

What I would like is for the users to be able to search the solutions using any word they want.  For example, if a user searches for Outlook, the results would show any solution that has that work in the title or body of the solution.  In addition, ideally they would be able to use the Microsoft Teams search box that is at the very top of Teams and not have to be in the ServiceDesk Plus app in Teams.
