Ability for technician to move request to another instance

Ability for technician to move request to another instance

We are using the hosted version of Service Desk Plus with five instances.

There are occasions when we need to be able to move user generated requests to an instance other than the one where it was created.

This needs to be able to be controlled by a technician, ideally via a simple button or similar, and not an administrator.

Is this possible?
