A Query Report that will show that if a ticket has gone through a specific support group.

Requesting for assistance to create a query report to show me tickets that has gone through a specific group.
Here is how my ticket flows, after a ticket has been filed, it will go through a support group for approvals and then after the ticket is approved it will go to the servicing unit which is another support group. What I need to know is a query that will show me a ticket that has gone through the approval group, so we can track all the tickets.
