A few Questions about ServiceDesk
I understand that nodes are any hardware device found when doing a scan. Can you get more than 250? If there are certain ones you do not want to be manages by ServiceDesk can you set it so they are not managed?
Also with the technicians can you get more than come with the plans, also can you have all of them logged in at the same time?
