A Few Questions
1. Why doesn't ManageEngine OpManager automatically discover all computer names? Some computers are listed as IP addresses, while others are automatically named.
2. Do monitoring options change depending on the device type selected?
3. If it is a laptop computer but the brand is only listed as generic, should you choose laptop as the category or choose the brand? For instance, I have a dell laptop I am monitoring, but the only category for that is dell. Should I make the category laptop or dell?
