A Couple Requests/Questions
Currently our company uses a custom designed help desk based on an AS/400. It is well beyond its life cycle and I would like to make an upgrade to a web based solution. So far you product has most of the features I am looking for but there are a few either you don't have or I can't find. Please help...
Ability to run on an existing Windows SQL server
Sub-ticket and/or multiple technicians assigned to the same helpdesk ticket
Web RDP and/or remote administration invitations that can be sent out from the helpdesk system.
AD Integration for Single Sign On.
