We get this error when trying to upload a picture in a user's profile.  The picture seems to meeet the requirements of under 500KB and file type of .jpg.  Not sure what else could be the issue.

 

Also, are these images kept in AD?  Are they the same field that Outlook 2010 uses to add/view pictures?
