(1) Add the device I want to manage

(2) Click on the monitors tab --> Windows Service Monitors --> Add Monitor --> Click [here...] to discover services from device --> choose the service I want

(3) Go to the notification profile tab --> Click on the appropriate profile --> click when any [selected...] Windows Service is down  --> choose the service from the Criteria window that opens        

Step 3 is where I have fault with the product - the criteria seems to have a combination of all the services we're monitoring for all the servers, making it difficult and clunky to choose the correct service.  Am I missing something in the monitoring of services or doing something wrong?  I know there was mention of an agent based method so perhaps that would help.
