95 percentile calculation and more

Hi,

1. Could you please explain in more details how you calculate 95 percentile?
It seems to be not correct and you taking in account only active samples during reporting period - the correct calculation should take in account all possible samples even if there is no traffic at measured time.

For instance when calculating 95 percentile for weekly report and using 1 hour table we have 24*7= 168 time intervals so you should sort traffic samples for this interval in descending order and the value corresponding to int ( 0.05 * 168 ) = 8 th sample is a 95 percentile value - all non existing samples should be taken as 0 and the total number of measuring intervals is always 168 for weekly report

2. In scheduled reports 95 percentile lines are displayed on the graph but numeric values are not shown in the table below (where you display min, max, avg values) - can you fix that please?

3. How long do you keep data in 1 hour, 6 hours and 24 hours tables? I mean can I get monthly report with 6 hours samples for his (May 2007) month but 1 year later?

Regards,

Andrei
