91% CPU Utilization based on Idle Process?
Can someone explain if the CPU Utilization monitor is using the idle process in it's calculations of CPU utilization? And if so, how do we correct this? As you can see by the alert below it is identifying a 91% utilization, and listing #1 process as Idle (accounting for 64% of overall?). Please advise.
