8007 - Change "New Incident" to "New Request"

8007 - Change "New Incident" to "New Request"

Is it possible to change the "New Incident" button to "New Request"? My customers find the "New Incident" to be a bit alarming and not appropriate for issues like requesting a projector or adding a new employee.
 
Hopefully it won't take 3 days for this request to be moderated.
