With the new email handling of requests can you advise the correct way to format a request to RESOLVE a request please.
The e-mail is being processed but I can't get it resolved
I'm sending
@@OPERATION=EDITREQUEST@@
@@STATUS=Resolved@@
@@RESOLUTION=Resolution text in detail@@
Just seems to end up with an open request with the resolution text added.
Should I be attempting a CLOSEREQUEST with a RESOLVED status, just I don't want then closing, that is a task I need a person to do for variety of reasons.
