The problem we are having is when trying to open a new request or existing open request it diverts to the request number #17, we are currently up to #50000.

This happens in IE7. We have deleted all cookies and Temporary internet files and this makes no difference. If you copy the link from IE 7 and paste it into Firefox then it opens the correct request. This problem occurs on multiple PC's running Servicedesk plus.

 

Anyone else having this issue?
