7502 - Cannot import users from AD

After upgrade from 7022 to 7502 cannot import requesters from AD.
What should I do ?
Please, help !
And also after upgrade I have a few sites that I want to union in one site, but I cannot edit site for departments, cannot delete department despite of that fact that no requesters in this departmet.
