7501 SDP - Software from Asset Explorer 5.0 not importing
Hi, using distributed scan....i import zip file from asset explorer 5.0 in to SDP 7.501. Hardware details show but not the software. If i import the same file into Asset Explorer Central server it shows up fine. I upgraded to SDP 7502 to see if this fixed but that actually stopped SDP from working altogether so had to roll back. I use SSL for SDP.
Anyone have any ideas or experienced the same issue?
