7205 Upgrade Concerns/questions

I am currently on Build 7102.
1) Can I just apply the 7205 Hot Fix or do I have to apply the other builds/hot fixes first?
2) I noticed a few other have had a problem with upgrading this new Hot Fix and I am concerned and am wondering if these issues of the Blank Screen "ERROR" message has been addressed.
3) If I have problems with this can I restore back to 7102?
Please let me know as soon as you can. I plan on doing this upgrade in 1 week.
