7017 Bug - Tickets set as resolved

We have been having an issue with tickets set as resolved. Seems like this query also hangs our MSSQL server:

It happens on every ticket that is set as resolve. This issue just started with the newest "HOTFIX". I've opened a support ticket, but it always takes ServiceDesk support forever to get back to you. Anyone else seen or had an issue like this before?
