7002 - 'Last Updated' Severe Issue

Hey Hey,
I seem to have an issue where the 'Last Updated' Field is not being updated.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a New Request
2. Wait 10 minutes (to ensure a notable time-difference from creation), change any item within the request, or reply to the request.
3. If you Responded to the request - it is noted. Only the initial 'reply' is recorded.
4. From the 'Requests' tab - -note that the 'Last Updated' column does not change. It reflects only the Request creation date/time.

Environment: DB: Microsoft SQL 2000, Application: Linux -- Ubuntu 6.06LTS

Please note that this is a SEVERE issue for us.

I will actually make the attempt to call Adventnet about this, for resolution. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
