7.5 Windows Domain Scan

Has anyone seen this issue when their Windows Domain is enumerated? I have three test setups right now and it does this to some extent on all of them - mySQL database or MSSQL. The same groups are always duplicated but by a seemingly random factor. When I tell it to refetch, it seems to fix the problem, but there is a Users and Computers at the top and then a Computers and Users at the bottom of the list.
I can see in the logs where it is repeatedly doing
Inside while Loop NULL Parent For OU : Users|
and whatnot. Any idea what in my domain might cause this?
I have a feeling this leads into another problem I'm having where, once a domain has been scanned, trying to start a new scan the enumeration hangs and my database CPU utilization goes to 100% on MSSQL servers and my Firefox browser memory utilization increases rapidly to over a gig.
