7.5 Bugs - Tested in 7503
We just upgraded to 7.5 then hotfix 7502 and today hofix 7503.
I noticed these bugs in 7502, but they also still exist in 7503
Edit Request -> "Change template" not working. None of the fields are applied. The template only works if you do a "New request" (using template)

When filling requester details, EDIT REQUEST -> type in requester name (auto fill) from ACTIVE DIRECTORY, then :
contact number = : '01 1234 5678',
in service desk version 7.0, the contact number displayed as:
01 1234 5678
: and , character is not necessary.
ALSO, Department
: 'IT', USER_SITEID: '301'}
in Version 7.0, this = IT

Admin -> Helpdesk Customizer -> Priority -> Edit Colors. I cannot re-type the word "red", "yellow", "green" etc into priority color box. It only allows a HTML # color code, and keeps inserting the # character.

When we upgraded to 7.5, a new set of Priority, High, Low, Urgent, was created. We had customized priorities. Do these really need to be re-created during an upgrade ?
