7.0 Pro Plus upgrade stuck at splash screen

After upgrading to Pro Plus 7.0 my NetFlow halts at the splash screen. The blue line that states "Starting Netflow Analyzer" is at 95% and has been for 12 hours.
This is the 1st time starting the program since it was upgraded from Ver 6.
