6.0 vs 7.5 Benefits?

I am new to ServiceDesk Plus. I have been asked to review 7.5 and provide analysis to upgrade or not upgrade.

I know this is most likely a can of worms, however with my knowledge level of the product I thought I would ask those who have been using it.

What improvements/advantages does 7.5 bring vs 6.0?

Reading this forum, it appears that 7.5 is rather buggy and unstable. But we generally only read posts by folks that are unhappy.

Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
