Endpoint Central support and community,
I am experiencing interesting issue that agents in a remote office cannot establish a connection with the endpoint central server in a central office.
Server is 10.1.2228.20 on a Windows server. Clients runs 10.1.2228.20.W on Windows server 2019.x
I have confirmed these:
* agents can telnet port 8383, 8027 and 8443 on the server
The troubleshooting tool did not give much information:
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
In the client log, I found this:
Failed to download the meta-data.xml from server machine 10.10.10.160 with error Code 401
In the server log, I found:
nginx_error.log:2023/02/24 09:03:48 [error] 11128#2552: *326488 user "1": password mismatch, client: 10.20.20.109, server: serverName, request: "GET /client-data/dsDummyFile.xml HTTP/1.1", host: "10.10.10.160:8383"
Can someone please share your thoughts?
