2Support-Empty Priorities Page in SDP 7503 Ent ML Russian
I just have upgraded to SDP 7503 Enterprise MultiLang Rus from 7022 (third attempt). And I see EMPTY Priorities Page (see attachment) in SDP Ent Multi-Lang Russian in Admin section. And also I see duplicated values in urgency section (before priorities)-English NEW variant after upgrade and Russian from ver 7022 all together. WHY you added the URGENCY value once AGAIN ???? It seems you don't realize that your CLIENTS really use YOUR PAID Software for REAL WORK in
REALTIME RUNNING state.... May I delete NEW English values for Urgency ????
SDP Support - What should I do? I am really tired to catch bugs in 75xx. I cannot have time and resources for testing SDP 75xx. I was responsible for choosing product and spent money for IT-department automation tool and what I see now ?
We have purchased SDP first of all due the roadmap for 7500 after testing 70xx.
The future version 75xx seems to be quite appropriate for our needs but I cannot get it in REAL using but I have to.....
My previous request directly to support e-mail was ended nothing but call from support man - despite of quite understandable notes in snapshots - i didn't get my request ID, I didn't get my request state, I get nothing..... Request was devoted wrong view in calendar presentation for changes in russian language..... You cannot be able to use your own product for register clients request ????? Al least it seems to be little bit funny, BUT NOT FOR YOUR CLIENTS....
What should I do?

PS. If you need translator from English to Russian for bringing SDP RUSSIAN version (MULTILANG Edition costs more than ENGLISH) TO NORMAL STATE I MAY HELP YOU. "Switches" in ENGLISH are NOT "KEYS" ("Ключи") IN RUSSIAN - there are "Коммутаторы" and so on......
