I'm in the process of testing out MDM+ and I've found two issues I can't figure out by myself.

I have an Zebra Android device (non Samsung) that is enrolled with EMM Token (fully owned by organization).

1. When I open Remote Control feature I can easily see device screen but I can't "click" the interface to do any operations on it. Why is that? And how to make it not "view only".

2. My second issue is with system restrictions (MDM profile based). I've successfully forbidden the user to disable Wifi. I'd like to do the same with cellular data. How can I do this?
