2 Questions!:)

1 - In business rules when I add some words it seems it getting confuse with the HTML template.

Example: I have a switch named BLACK I want issues for this word to be sent to network group. But when I put this keyword in description, everything sent by email is giong to the network group. If I send an email in plain text it goes in the right group. It seems the Search include the HTML formatting. is there any way to fix this?

2 - We have both windows and linux station, in the inventory linux station are not able to be scanned is there anything we can do to take the inventory oin the linux machine as well?
