Hi,
we just implemeted ADManager to allow our 1st line helpdesk support team access to create AD and email accounts.
I'm keen to know how others use AD Manager for their Helpdesk's.
I'd like to utilise it to allow our Helpdesk to perform other tasks. Team Mailbox access rights is one thing.
What other processes do you use ADManager for?
