1 more junk problem & 1 logical problem
1) When fetching e-mail with LONG non-english subject causes problem - real subject is broken and everything beggining from ?=koi8-r is junk
2) Resolution is set to Mandatory field in Request Closing Rules. In request - Going to Resolution and just pressing Save and close (not entering anything in Resolution field) causes Request to be closed with empty Resolution.
