[opManager8]How to? and WHEN?

Third evolution of OpManager. Now - v8005
Question - HOW TO make "bulk" Notification rule assignment? I want make all my servers to write me a e-mail when disk utilization (which is Perfomance monitor) is above threshold. When i go to Admin->Notification profiles and tring to assotiate - THERE IS NO PERFOMANCE MONITORS is selections. So i must go to each server and configure notification from it's "home page".
"WHEN?" question:
VMWare ESXi monitoring - when?
Not working:
Reports-> Health and Perfomance:
Disk Usage by Drives -
"Data not available for the selected period.Please select a different period"
but "Devices by Disk Utilization " is working fine at the same time
P.S. problem with Russian text in Printer status still under investigation.
