[color=red]MAIL FETCHING WITH EXCHANGE 2007 [/color]

Hi

I have been waiting now for nearly a year for support with MS Exchange 2007 to allow succesfull mail fetching with Service Desk.

How do I do this without having to turn all standard inbuilt security off

PLEASE HELP!!!!
