[7.0.0 b7018] - SD+ Doesn't Start

Today I upgraded from SD+ 6.0.0 Build:6014 to SD+ 7.0.0. Upgrade went well and everything seemed to be working as it should. Next, I went to update from 7.0.0 to the latest update (7018) but now I am unable to start SD+. Any ideas how to resolve this?
