[7.0.0.7018] - Default Rules Moved

Whilst testing the reporting features of SD+, I have somehow moved one the default rules into my own folder (see attached screenshot, highlighted in red). This default rule has also be re-configured :(. I have a feeling that I may have done this to a few others as well (where "edit" is shown instead of the usual "edit / delete" (highlighted in blue).
Is there a way to restore the default reports without loosing my own reports?
