Well, I am new to this forum and we just started l@@king into the ServiceDesk+ application. Seems very nice and handy to work with.
One major question to us is the necessary update/upgra
de process when the new version 7.5 listed in some topics will come out.
Which issues are we going to run into during a update/upgrade process?
Will it keep all our definitions for SLAs, contracts, etc?
