"Remind User" Button on sent e-mail responses.
When a support technician sends a reply to a user who has raised a ticket, the user may forget or not even notice that they have had an e-mail response. I would like the option to effectively "re-send" the e-mail in the event nothing is heard from the user after a set period of time.
The idea would be that when you expand a e-mail to list it's contents, a "Remind User" button would be displayed to give you the option to re-send it.
