!!! HELP with migrating OpManager from C:\ to F:\ drive
Hi All -- Due to SAN I/O issues I had to move OpManager to another (dedicated) LUN (from C: to F: ). To accomplish this I:
1. stopped the OpManager services on our Windows 2003 server and copied the OpManager folder to another location.
2. then re-installed OpManager pointing it to F:\program files\adventnet\me\OpManager; once installed I started it and OpManager functioned like a new install would.
3. then shutdown services and copied the ...\conf, ...\users, and ...mysql\data folders from the copy I made in step 1 to the new OpManager folder.
4. then started the OpManager services and tried to run OpManager but now get the following error:
" Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request....."
I assume there must be some config files that must point to the C:\...\Opmanager path that should now be changed to the F:\...\OpManager path. Can you please point me to the necessary changes? Thanks.
