What's the difference between SupportManager & ServiceDe
We are introducing ServiceDesk Plus to customers, now SupportManager is released. Our feeling is SupportManager is a part of ServiceDesk Plus functions. Is it right ? ServiceDesk Plus will support multiple language, how about SupportManager on this issue?What is the underlying database engine being used?
