Integrations Question
Hi there... We run Site24x7 today and it seems to be working fine. I'd like to find the ability to send alerts from the system to Zoho Desk (or other ticket systems) but have a unique requirement. I want to set a custom attribute in the alerts and then do an if/then logic when hitting the ticket system which results in the ticket being created on behalf of an existing user. I'm thinking this is more of a function of the ticketing system and have been considering Zoho Desk. I got integration working

Hello, Currently, in Site 24x7, we can configure a threshold to generate alerts. Will be very helpful if the Site 24x7 change automatically the threshold values based on time. For example: From 00:00 AM to 10:00 AM - the threshold for the 'windows servers' is X From 10:01 AM to 11:59 PM - the threshold for the 'windows servers' is Y -- Tainã Rodrigues ACSoftware Brasil
Custom WMI Monitors
Hi All! How can i create a custom WMI monitor (site 24x7 plugin right?) to monitor one of the several WMI options that a Windows Server has?, can you give me an example for the average disk queue length of a hard diks? https://www.site24x7.com/help/admin/adding-a-monitor/plugins/custom-plugins.html I just cant make it work.
