Its very useful a dashboard (as opManager Dashboard, where you can design your own view) where we can put the the request screen AND in the same screen the Global View (its for NOC), where we can follow the requests (or an especific request) and see how is doing the requests overview.

Hey , Just bought MSP plus , i have several AD to synchronize with . some of the AD's has the same user accounts(login names) on different companys, how do i open the web portal for three different companys that has similar user account name ? i want user name " Davidh" that exsist in two different companys AD's can both login with their user names , each one to his portal without any confilcts (with or without AD Authentication marked ) . Dear All, Creating or importinag a user if you have multiple account a URL to access the different portal, you cannot restrict the access to one portal. Purchase Order Approval URL missing port
Hi, We're running into a problem with using the purchase order module. Currently the approval email that goes out to the to "submit the PO for approval" contains a wrong url. For example. the url in the email is: http://our.domain.com/POApproval?dId=01lZSVHZeD5vDIAr//wy2HZZ6VzBZuPx02GVWUETgJ6mvcMvOQb9Lg==&app=7_-89_7_-88_49_-32_-5_-77 but of course, this doesn't work because it should be http://our.domain.com:8888/POApproval?dId=01lZSVHZeD5vDIAr//wy2HZZ6VzBZuPx02GVWUETgJ6mvcMvOQb9Lg==&app=7_-89_7_-88_49_-32_-5_-77

Account administrator creation problem
Namaste, I would like to know, why it is not possible to create a new role as account administrator, and just give account administration permission to the associated person, which means that he or she has to be able add or delete accounts, not just maintain them. How do I migrate SD+ Database to the new MSP version? I have a few customers that are very interested in the MSP version, but they don't want to loose their information. Is there an easy way to do this?
Is it possible to install multiple copies of the web server with only on backend database?
We would like to install a web server to present the SDP MSP user interface to our customers on thier site/network but the database to be located on a server that is on our site(for security reasons. This will need to be done for multiple customers. so a backend Database server with the SDP MSP database installed on our network and the java/web server to be in stalled on multiple sites (belongiong to customers) but able access the central database with us through a VPN. hope this is clear :)

Reading email aliases from Microsoft Exchange
We're very close to purchasing the SD+MSP product. I have a couple of outstanding issues, the most important is this: We are using an exchange 2007 server for mail. I can get SD+MSP fetching mail. That's not the problem. I know how to create email aliases in exchange for the account emails. The problem is that exchange seems to change the "to" field of incoming emails to the main email accounts address. In other words: email account = servicedesk@mycompany.com alias1 = support1@mycompany.com

Problem with Email Format in ServiceDeskPlus System
Hi, Currently I got problem with Mail Format in ServiceDeskPlus, while it received the request via the email. The problem is, it show only one line when received mail that contents many line if I sent using Rich Text Format, which is my company standard format. But if I send out using HTML Format, it hasn't any problem. Did anyone know how to solved that problem?
