Good Afternoon, Is there a way to set-up the feature "Technician Auto Assign" with the technicians that are logged-in and that are part for an specific group? We require this feature, because we change the schedules of our technicians weekely and also we use a default list of technicians to manage 120 Accounts, and they are sepatated in groups (Depending of the request Type and Service Category). Unable to launch new install of SDP-MSP on new OS
Hi ME, I have just built a clean Windows 2012 R2 Standard VM and installed SDP-MSP with the MySQL database and when I try to run it I can't get past the splash screen and have the message '.\changeJRE.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Note. This server is doing nothing else and has not been changed in any way since creation. Can you please help me get this POC up and running? Cheers, Chris.

Query Report/Request Module - Last Update Time from Yesterday 4:30pm to Today 8:30am
I am looking for a way to run a report of any requests that have been modified outside of our business hours. So a report that can run to show requests that the Last Update Time was from Yesterday at 4:30pm until Today at 8:30am. But on Monday's this will be from the previous Friday at 4:30pm until Monday at 8:30am. If we could get it to automatically email the report that would be even better! We are running SDP MSP v8.3 8310, on Postgres. Filter by Account. Fields to view are Request ID / Requester
Give Technician permits to add product
Hi there, i am having trouble to give some user permission to add assets and to add new products. I created a role and give the user all possible permissions (including Add New Product), but the user cannot create a new product when creating a new asset: The user can create an asset but cannot add a new product for that asset. The only way I found for it to work is giving them SDAdmin permits, but that is too much. Is there a way to do it? I am working with Service Desk MSP 8.3 build 8309 8.3 Thanks

Importing Sites from CSV (or change account for sites)?
We are currently setting up our ManageEngine (ServiceDesk plus MSP) and we put a lot of effort in creating a bunch of sites (with contact numbers, addresses etc). However, these were created under the wrong account and need to be merged with another account (which also unfortunately has a lot of sites and requesters already setup). Is there are way to export all of the site data (including addresses, phone numbers etc) and import it into the correct account? Or even change accounts for each site
