New edition release - Patch Connect Plus for Microsoft SCUP!
Dear Users, We are happy to inform you that Patch Connect Plus has launched its new edition "Patch Connect Plus for Microsoft SCUP". This new edition offers SCUP catalog to patch third party applications in Microsoft SCCM. How does this new edition work? Pretested third party updates will be made available in the Cab file format and these updates should be imported into SCUP. Problems patching
Anyone have problems patching using patch connect plus? I get the following errors: there is a problem applying changes to the software 0x80070057(-2147024809) in the updates deployment log i get the following error Failed to get update (Site_56F6E7AE-6BF8-48AB-8A0A-737C5D0A3A65/SUM_9478cc89-5b62-42c7-a237-f37fe8a7f42a) Article Id, error = 0x87d00215 UpdatesDeploymentAgent 4/19/2017 4:45:18 PM 5220 (0x1464) all other updates work except what i deploy from patch connect. Installing EXE software updates
Has anyone else had issues with installing updates from patch connect plus that are imported into SCCM? I tested a deployment of Java to my laptop, SCCM is reporting it as successful but on my laptop it is showing as the old version being installed still.
Adobe Acrobat - Failed to install updates
hi Im trying to patch Adobe Acrobat. Patch = AcrobatUpd_11019.msp Bulletin ID TU-043 Clients are Windows 10 x64 Im getting Error Code 0x800700c1 Error Description %1 is not a valid Win32 application. Any ideas???

Deploying MSI software updates
I deployed a software update and it deploys and seems to have updated successfully, however, when i check the control panel it is still showing the old version of the client being installed and not the new version which is very strange. Its not a major major issues but may effect limiting collections in SCCM to allow me to deploy updates etc in the future
Not receiving PO emails
I copy myself on PO's that I order, but haven't been receiving the emails since the last update. Any ideas?

Java 32-bit version is not being made available to x64 machines
Hi, After importing all the applicable patches and letting SCCM scan and summarize the patches against our devices it looks like the java 32bit version has some filtering applied so that it is unavailable to x64 bit machines. x64 bit machines run the 32bit version of internet explorer by default so it requires the 32bit version of java to be installed from the java website https://java.com/en/download/faq/java_win64bit.xml SUMMARY 64-bit Windows operating systems (such as Windows 7, Vista or XP)
