IPAM Not Providing All IP Addresses
Alright folks... I've installed IPAM / SPM Plugin to monitor our IPs and Switchports. However, particularly with one subnet, I'm only seeing a small portion of IPs. It's also telling me our IP usage is at 99%. It's a /23 network, and is only finding 116 addresses. Ideas?
Network Monitor is not updating
Dear professionals, The network monitor is not updating in Oputils 6, when i add an device it shows as up and monitoring status is running i set monitor every 20 sec and nothing is changing the last update time is kept on the first time i added the device i tried to bring that device down and nothing changed and status still showing up in green Please guide me if there is something wrong i am doing. in addition i can't scan windows machines like in oputlis 5 that have windows credential tab to enter

Hi guys I am looking into the IPAM and SPM plug-in for Op Manager but as soon as I install the plugin and seems to start auto-discovering all of the devices. How do I stop this from happening because I have 600+ devices and I only want to trial on a single site in the short term?
Add ability to disable tabs in OpUtils
We have engineers that use the product to find an available switch port in the VLAN they require but we don't want them to access the other tabs...especially all the Tools.
Apple and Printing Devices do not show DNS names or Device Types in IPAM
How can I get my apple products and printers (HP, Xerox) to show up in IPAM correctly? Right now, IPAM pulls the IP and MAC address but no names. I know they're not in my AD DNS but shouldn't they pull right from those devices? If I do an SNMP scan, the names are there.
SPM does not show any MAC or IP Addresses
I have a cisco SG300-28P switch and when scanning with SPM I get no MAC or IP addresses. I also have some Linksys SRW224G4P switches and those work fine. The Cisco are running FW 1.2.9.44
no windows credentials tab in oputils 6
in oputils 5 there was a tab called windows credential in order to resolve dns name abd system explorer via wmi. in oputils 6 this tab disappeared and replaced with active directory tab. in my case i don't have active directory in my network, is there any work around for this issue thank you in advance
IP Address Management - VLAN IP address show up multiple times for every subnet
I am currently evaluating OPUtils and am falling in love with it. I used ADManager in the past and this is even better! However, I am running in to a small problem that I would like to get some feedback on. In IP Address Management I have found all of my subnets were discovered. That is great! We have a number of switches that currently reside in private network space and is not accessible from our host running OpUtils. Is there a way for us to manually add devices to OpUtils so that we can use it for inventory purposes and to hold the switch config files?

Add Router using SNMPv3 in SPM Fails using the same credentials as OpManager
I am trying to enable SNMPv3 for routers in the SPM module. Every time I attempt to add a device using SNMPv3 it sits there for about 10 minutes and then tells me there was no response. The same device works with SNMP. The same SNMPv3 credentials are used to monitor the device in OpManager. Our company rules don't let us use SNMP on routers and firewalls. How can I get this solved?

Hi All, I have just installed the IPAM Add-In on my OpManager 9200 install. It has done a great scan of a subnet with my servers on it and resolved the MAC Addresses and confirmed the reverse DNS matches up. OpUtils Stacked Port Report
The Stacked Port Detail report only displays one MAC address per stacked port. How can I get the report to list all of the MAC Addresses for each port?
No Data Available for "Last Day Report"
I cannot get any data for the Last Day report in the Bandwidth Monitor. I just get No Data Available in big red letters. Last Hour works fine as does Last Month.

switch port mapper
In the switch port mapper i have a cisco 3750g 24+4 switch. The switch port mapper program lists an ifName Po1 and ifDescr Port-channel1 of 2 of the ports that are combined for a "port-channel" however the switch port mapper does not list the actual ports that are part of that port-channel1.. for example the list has information on GigabitEthernet1/0/26 and 1/0/28 but does not list the GiabitEthernet1/0/25 and 1/0/27 interfaces that are part of the "port-channel" Can both of the information be listed.
On OPM's IPAM plug-in, how can I know which IPs are designated by DHCP and which are the Fixed?
How can I have the report that like (picture ipam.png) How OpManager distinguish that which IP is the Fixed or not? Since there are too many IPs got mixed together, I cannot manually designate the fixed IPs(Reserved IP). Or at least a similar query for reports would be great. Reports should have the * IP List with reserved or not mark * ipam.png like table.
OpUtils problems (bugs?) and suggestions
I'm having a couple of problems with OpUtils. 1) In the Network Monitor, the "Alias Name" of several switches I am monitoring keeps reverting back to "Not Defined." I have clicked on the name and set it many times and it stays set for an undetermined amount of time, but always eventually (within a day? an hour?) goes back to "Not Defined." I currently have 45 devices I'm monitoring, and I have set Alias Names for all of them, but only those same 4 or 5 devices keep reverting back to "Not Defined."
Incorrect VLAN ID on Juniper switch
Eval version of OpUtils 6. As shown in attachment, the incorrect vlan id is shown. For example, interface ge-0/0/0 is on vlan 38 (as seen in vlan name field), but vlan ID incorrectly shows '6'. This is a Juniper EX3300-40P switch.

Ive created custom colums in order to identify certain things in a IP/Host over a subnet. For example, username, date, hostname.. After next subnet scan this fields goes empty every single time, and after some researching we have found that the host IP is being removed and rediscovered each time. Why is this happening? Hi All, We use to monitor the Network of 20 computers at from our remote Office, connectivity is done through Cisco Wireless Bridge.I have installed OpUtils 5 at our Head Office and getting SNMP details for all our devices connected with a Cisco Switch, but its only showing the MAC Addresses the computers not the Computer name and IP Addresses.
