Netflow stops receiving flows
Hi: I'm using a Netflow Analyzer 4 (build 4001) trial license. It is installed in a Pentium 4/ 1GB RAM /40GB HD with Linux Red Hat 9 and is monitoring 30 interfaces. I start the application from the Linux console using ./run.sh. The Netflow begins to collect and show statistics but some hours later the status of all interfaces changes from green to yellow and I can't see new statistics. When I stop (./shutdowm.sh) and restart the application It works again. Why It could be happening? Thanks JEL

All Devices - Dashboard View -> Auto Refresh?
Is it possible/nice to have if the "All Devices - Dashboard View" would refresh every x-seconds? Right now you have to refresh manually, or am I to fast and should I just wait a bit more till it is refreshed?
Resolve DNS on/off by default
Is it possible to set the "Resolve DNS" option to be on as default instead of clicking each time on it to enable it?

Top 10 records
I have your NetFlow Analyzer on trial. Everything is fine except one detail, why is not possible to show more than top 5 or 10 results (IP address) ?? For example I know some software which analyze netflows and have top 50 or 100 results (top talkers). Is it possible that your software display more then top 10 results in reports??
Licensing terms
Could you tell me how your licensing works??? I see some interfaces as New in the Dashboard View and how do you differentiate between UnManage and Delete in License Management??? Thanks Tim
NetFlow analyzer lost some flows???
Hi. We are use netflow two collector (flow-capture from flow-tools package and NF analyzer) to store all flows from our border router. NFA was installed yesterday. Today we compare all statistics between two collectors and it DIFFERENT! After deep analyze we encounter what some flows are present in the flow-capture database and not present (or at the least don't show in graphs) in NFA! If you want we can email to you all needed information (screenshots, flows). For example: 212.73.245.94 80.237.-.-
Interfaces!
We are evaluating NetFlow Analyzer 4, I have set it up to receive flows from 3 interfaces of my 2621XM: S0/0, FA0/0, FA0/1 and enabled IP CEF and other commands as in the manual. In the client window I can see 4 interfaces, 2 with IN traffic and 2 with OUT. I know how to rename them but how do I know what they are ? They named as lfindex5 .. lfindex8 And why they are separated to IN and OUT ? And Why I have 4 of them ? Thanks!

Filtering reports
Hi Netflow team, Is it possible, or would it be possible in future, to add a filter to the application and traffic graphs to be able to view them based on a single IP address. It would be handy to be able to see the timeline of usage of a particular machine to help identify traffic or application issues. Cheers
Features for new releases
Hi, I'm using NetFlow Analyzer for about one week and I can say I really like it. It has almost everything I need for analyzing netflows and it's quite fast. First few questions: How long the data stays in database/and in which resolution (10min, 1h,, 1 day...)? After some time that data is deleted or what? Is it possible to make backups? Now I have some suggestions for future releases . 1. something to change the size of graphs - to make it bigger 2. something to fix max value on y-axis (per interface

Deleting routers after stopping the flows
Hi, I stopped the flows on the router by clicking the Stop button on the Dashboard view page. Then I deleted all the interfaces for the router from the License Management page. Now, I am trying to monitor that router again and started sending flows but I dont see the router in the UI although I have unlimited trial license. Can you help???? Thanks Tim
Bandwidth usage, Interfaces index with IP info
I've downloaded it and installation is easy. I've been using it for more than a week already and I must say I'm impressed and results looks good too. My questions are: 1) When collecting the netflow data across WAN using 2MB or less links from 5-10 remote Cisco routers, it there any overhead on the bandwidth or rather whether it can cause congestion on the links? 2) Under "All devices-Dashboard view", with the correct snmp read string I can get the router interfaces type, but is there a way to get
Looking for new applications
Just downloaded your product. It was easy to install and it seems a pretty useful product. I am trying to monitor a particular application using NetFlow Analyzer. How do I do that??? I also see a lot of applications as TCP_App. What are they????
