Security Policy Prevents Removal of This Account
Hello- I'm trying to manually remove the Exchange account that was added by default via the policy in MDM. The account seems to be having some issues so I want to be able to remove it and then manually add it back in without removing all of the MDM. I looked through the policy and do not see anywhere that it restricts it from being removed, but i get the error "security policy prevents removal of this account". I was going to add a separate policy specific to allowing this removal, but i do not see

Rooted device(s) are detected in the network - False positive?
I have been getting this alert for a few weeks now for two of our users. It happened once for one user, and intermittently for the other. I have inspected both devices thoroughly. They are certainly not rooted, so there must be something else going on. What is the exact criteria for how ME MDM determines a device as being rooted? What could trigger a false positive?

How do I remote lock a device?
I essentially need to lock and unlock my devices when the end user requests to use them. I assume I can do this with MDM? Basically we run a service whereby a user calls requesting that the tablet be "enabled". From here I need to be able to unlock the device, and have it go to kiosk mode. I then need to be able to lock the device remotely after a given timeframe. Is this possible, and if so, how? Cheers!

Disassociating Profiles
I'm having trouble disassociating profiles from a device. I want to disassociate a profile from the device and it shows that it is disassociated, but the restrictions I put on the profile is still enforced on the device. So I disabled the use of bluetooth, and even after disassociating the device from the profile, it still won't let me turn bluetooth on. I also tried to reset the profile and just have all the default stuff, but that won't stop the restrictions from the previous profile, even after
