No Patches listed, but states number of missing/installed/applicable
Hi there I'm new to ManageEngine and currently trialing the application, before committing. I've added PC's to the scope, enabled patch scanning and set the Automate Patch Deployment. However, when I go to 'All Patches', it indicates the number of missing patches, installed patches and applicable patched, but the are below, where all the patches are listed is completely blank (see attached). I have a feeling I've missed something out. Any ideas? Thanks

Restart switch on custom exe package
I am in the process of testing the deployment of windows 10. I have it working based on the documentation on how to deploy it. I noticed tho that once it is finished it the pc automatically restarts. I am using the /quiet switch but what switch could I use to either force a reboot after x amount of time or give some kind of warning before the pc just restarts once it is finished deploying. Ideally I would like the pop up box that shows up when ever patches or other software has been installed.

In what order are patches applied during the patch deployment process of APD jobs? I understand that check in and download and actual deployment start times are random and based on when a box checks in. computer status says restart required but no patches were recently installed
I just updated to 10.0.132 and now a lot of my computers have a status of needing reboot. Some of these are servers which were never patched and rebooted recently yet there is an alert saying that "Reboot Required Critical patches have been deployed to this computer that requires system to be rebooted. I am trying to see what version of Windows 10 is running on workstations but not finding a good way to see what that version is. Does DC have a spot that lists the OS version or is there a specific report that needs to be run? Can this be added to the scan agent and reported in the dashboard?

Desktop Central MSP Distribution Server clarification
Hi, does the distribution server channel all traffic between a client and the Desktop Central server? I need to know that auditing, remote control, configuration changes etc all go through the distribution server. I want to have a DS in the DMZ communicating to the DC MSP server on the LAN. If clients have to talk directly to the DC MSP server for anything then it causes me some issues. Any help will be appreciated.

we have deployed office 365 (some pc's have full suite) others have selected apps only... and what we discovered if user has just one 365 app the installer installs every app of 365... it doesn't actually just update existing components.. Has any one used Desk top Central to update IPv4 settings en-mass ? We have a need to update the DNS records of hundreds of machines. I have been able to use the inventory and inventory features to locate all effected devices but we need to update them. Thoughts or suggestions?
