Reports not always including charts

SMTP relay for office365 email alerts
Gday all, i have created an SMTP relay and included that IPV4 with the SPF so it allows from the sending IP so i can get my alerts from desktop central. The issue i have is, if i change the mailserver to the MX record of the new office365 and click test email on port 25 it works. If i also use authentication it works but i didnt want to have to rely on using smtp auth with TLS, hence the relay. Is there a way to force it to use the relay as it works but when i click save it says it cannot authenticate?
92080 - MySQL

Agent Updating
Hi In my managed assets I have a remote laptop that has been registered to a distribution box. The laptop has been offline for sometime and now the agent is out of date due to DC Sever upgrade. The laptop has recently come online again but not on the same network. Because the agent is out of date and does not have access to it's original distribution server I can't update it. I can't even move it to a 'Roaming' configuration. Any options to get it updated ? Or is access to the machine for a manual

Manage Licenses - Network Installations vs. Managed Installations
When managing licenses (under Inventory), what is the difference between a network installation and a managed installation ? We have both Windows 7 Professional (x64) and Windows 7 Professional (x32) installed on domained machines, but having added licenses for both, the 32-bit installations appear as managed, but not networked. Broken Remote Control
Hi - I'm having an issue with Remote Control breaking after a uncertain period of time and needing to reboot the server to be able to use Remote Control again. Its nice that Desktop Central 9 lets you know there is a system update or 'hotfix' available on the login page, but can't you add a place to get that download after login? Currently the login page does not display your current version, and I don't memorize my current build number. You already have a nice little build number link that pops up a display of information can't you include a link to whatever the newest hotfix is also?

Filtering Custom Groups fails to provide results in Patch Manager windows
Is anyone else having issues filtering custom groups in Desktop Central. This is frustrating when I am trying to schedule patching of a group and I can't filter the custom group I need to patch. When I try to filter the group all I get is a whiteout of the computer list and my custom group never comes up. I am getting this behavior in both Firefox and Chrome browsers. Please let me know if this is an issue that is fixed in the latest hot fix. Constance

I created a custom group and I want to filter by software for this group and retrieve report. But when I go to 'Inventory' report => 'Software Usage by Computer' , I could not see the group I have created. Also noticed a few other groups are missing. Anybody face this issue?

DC OS Deployment - problem with duplicate Device ID
Today I tested DC OS deployment < and now I have problem with windows 10 and duplicate device ID. SID was generated during deploy but device id is stil the same on two pcs. And now ServiceDesk asset can see only one pc and changed pc name only. Is anyone can explain me how to prepare correct pc for image.

What options does one have for a dashboard for patch mgmt.? I used to use a PowerBI dashboard for patch mgmt at my previous job. Currently, I have to provide reports to my manager every 2 weeks and a monthly report covering everything for the previous month and the current month just finished. This is very time consuming to have to pull 9 different reports, filter items, create the pivot tables, etc in Excel. How easy is it to use PowerBi with Desktop Central? Removing Distribution Servers
Hello, I have 5 Distribution Servers configured in my Desktop Central environment. Since several of my remote offices are very small I would like to remove the Distribution server in those offices and have them communicate with the local office over our MPLS. Do I just simply just remove the remote office and the IP scope which is configured? Will the agents automatically start using the local office as their point of contact?

Today, I got an alert from CISA (National Cyber Awareness System) about Adobe Acrobat DC Update. I went to Supported patches saw it listed there the one we need. When I went to download it (Accessing Desktop Central through Chrome) blank pop on my screen which basically said that it was waiting on the server. Is this typical or am i missing something in my configuration?
