Running Script during subsequent startup is not working correctly
If we want to deploy a CustomScript (Computer) during next startup of clients, (subsequent startup {for the next [ 1 ] times}, this works on a subset of the selected clients only. Some clients don't get the script. Using [deploy once] does the job on all clients. Has somebody same experience and solution of the problem? Regards Rainer

WOL is not working if more than one Client is selected
If we want to WOL some Clients, this works only if a single Client is selected. Since a few months, WOL does not wake Clients if more than one Client is selected. Is there someone with the same issue and solution to the problem? Kind regards Rainer

Issues with Desktop and MDM Plugin
I have updated to the latest build for Desktop Central and Service Desk, and for the technicians, we enabled the option Enable to access Desktop and MDM Plugin Functionality. However, when we try to use that functionality, we get an error shown in the image below I have tried to contact support but they weren't able to find a solution. I've been through all the options I could find to create a report that contains remarks from a specific screen, however, I am unable to locate such. Is it possible to get a report based of certain criteria? If you go to Patch Mgmt > Dashboard > Deployments Failed Click on a computer that is missing patches or click the number of patches a particular computer is missing. All Active Directory Reports greyed out except All User Accounts report
I noticed we can only select the one report. On the Admin->Reports->AD Report Settings page there is no option to select specific reports either.
Bios Update Database
I'm curious as to how often the BIOS versions are updated in the patch management database? I was testing this with a Dell Optiplex 7060 in our environment and according to DC, it was up to date with BIOS version 1.3.4 (released 4/4/19), however Dell's support site shows a newer version available for the 7060; version 1.4.2 released 7/5/19. This just makes me concerned as to how up to date the DC database really is...
USB Pass through

Why the big difference in time stamps
I've finally gotten around to digging into some reports. I am seeing major discrepancies in time stamps. A computer can be listed as Last Checked in in June of this year yet will state the Agent Upgraded yesterday. What are the differences between Last Contact, Last Boot and Agent Upgraded? One would think that if the agent was upgraded, it had to have some sort of contact with the server to realize it needed to e upgraded, thus the other time stamps would update and reflect. If a computer is manually removed or removed via the AD Sync option from desktop central because it failed to check in, in a specific amount of time, if that computer comes back on line, will desktop central pick it back up and readd it back to the inventory? Redeployment of missed patches
Good Day, I'm trying to figure out what happens if/when a patch is missed during Automated Deployment. Say Patch 3 requires that Patch 1 is installed first but patch 1 requires a reboot. So patch 1 is installed, the computer reboots, will patch 3 then get installed and if need be reboot the computer again? After the reboot when the agent contacts the server again, does it scan itself for missing patches and subsequently install any patches that were missed immediately? Or does the Scan only happen
"Total available RAM" inventory field misnamed
I'm using 10.0.433 and looking at my inventory details (Computers > Computer Details > Hardware > Physical Memory) I believe that where it says "Total Available RAM" the name is a bit misleading, as this appears to be the the maximum RAM the system could support, *not* the total that's in the system. I've checked this on many systems that have 8GB or 16GB and it always lists 32GB in this field. If this field were renamed to "Maximum supported RAM" I think it would be less confusing! Thanks!

New Desktop Central install, 2 alerts I can't figure out how to clear

Everything is working as I would expect but on the home screen there are two alerts I can't figure out how to clear. They both have a header that reads "Activate before its too late! Missing Resources in Configurations.
We attempting to set up a Folder Redirection configuration to change the My Documents folder to point to a personal folder on a filer server. We have several fire servers on different sites that are all under different subnets. The DC server resides on the 10.0.x.x subnet while other File Servers reside on their respective site subnets, i.e. 10.1.x.x and 10.2.x.x Currently we are only able to see available resources in our domain for the 10.0.x.x subnet. Desktop Central agents not connecting after upgrade
I just upgraded Desktop Central from 10.0.0-SP-364 to 10.0.0-SP-435. The server starts fine and I am able to login via the web UI, however none of my agents are able to connect. If I run the agent troubleshooter, everything appears ok except antivirus. Any ideas what would cause this and how to fix it?

Setting up a device outside of the network
Hi, We have installed the desktop central client on a PC in a workgroup that isn't on our LAN. the troubleshooting tool shows that it can see the Desktop Central Server and the Notification server. The PC however doesn't ever appear in the console. So the question is should a device, that isn't on the LAN and has the client installed manually, appear in Scope of Management automatically. Hi all We are currently building up a new Solution for one of our Customers. As they already have Mac Devices, managed over a different Company and MDM Solution, we want them to provide the same Capabilities. That's why we would like to use the Modern Management Part with Azure. But we will need to be able to do different Configuration and Software Deployments on these Devices. Is it possible to use Modern Management and also the DC Agent? Or could this create Issues? As far as I know we can't handle

Windows 10 Versions not reporting properly
Has anyone noticed that Desktop Central does not properly report which version of Windows 10 is installed? I have about 10 machines with Win 10 1903 installed and the graph shows them correctly but when you click on inventory details it is reporting them as 10.0.17763 and not 10.0.18362. We are running DC version 10.0.435
MDM block software installation
Hi, I'm working on an implementation of MDM addon in Desktop Central Enterprise edition. And now I have a question - how can I restrict a user from installing software? I found some policies in the profile manager, but I assume it works only for Store Apps. And I want to restrict installation of any software (exe, msi, etc)
