Adding a Monitor of SAP Hana Database do not working
Hi, I want to add a monitor of SAP Hana Database but when I put all the data on the target of AppManager and click on Test Credential and do not show a message like Passed is in blank and the monitor was not added. Is not running Cloud Platform. The user was created as the prerequisites said. But if I do click on the Add Monitor button show the message Internal Database Error Please could you help me to chenk this. Thanks & Regards! A.

APM - Oracle Monitor - Database Status - Database Size
Hi, I want to know if it is posibble to change the query used to obtain the metric of Database Size on the Database Status. I found on the oracle.xml the next query: SELECT sum(bytes) total_bytes FROM dba_data_files But the DBA said that is necessary include the temp files in this value. I followed the steps posted here to import the certs into the keystore. I used the existing keystore. However after restarting the service the service is still trying to use the internal cert. Are there any examples of using a credential, created through AppManager's "Admin > Credential Settings > Add New Credential", from within a script monitor's (PowerShell) script? Is this possible? Example does not need to be PowerShell.

Minimal permission for restoring *some* databases on SQL Server 2012
I am trying to create a set of permissions where an SQL login can create backups of all databases, but only restore the backups on the TEST databases. Another login should be used for restoring to LIVE (which is on the same SQL server). Admin tab missing
Has there been a change on the newer versions? If I add new users to the administrator role before from Active Directory, the admin tab would show. After upgrading to a newer version, administrator role users added through AD no longer have the admin tab. I can use the default local admin for Applications Manager. Is this a change in the app or an issue with our database after updating? I have removed and re-added accounts to no avail. Everything else seems to work fine. I would rather use our domain

API and Custom Fields
I'm new to Application Manager and was using the APIs to integrate with additional systems. One struggle I am having is figuring out how to retrieve the values Custom Fields assigned to a Monitor. Is this possible? I was thinking it would be similar to the tags API in Site24x7 does it, but can't find any documentation related to this.

I you look at the webpage for Servicepak to Appl. Mgr (https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/service-packs.html). The newest release are build #13450. But if you look at the release notes webpage (https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/release-notes.html), can you see (but not download) a Servicepak build #13610 So why is the pages not in sync ?
